Summer Strength & Conditioning Camp is Back!

We’re excited to provide a program for young athletes who are looking to stay active in a fun environment, get stronger and faster, and be ready for their favorite sport. This a great way for your young athletes to:

  • Learn to lift weights in a safe environment
  • Learn the intangible lessons of hard work and how to take care and listen to their bodies.
  • Increasing speed, agility, and explosive power.
  • Nutrition basics Class Schedule for Teens.

Class Schedule for Kids (Ages 6-11):

When: June 10th – August 9th

Days: Monday – Wednesday – Friday

Time: 10:15am – 11:15am

Camp Break (no classes): July 1st – 5th
