DTSOF Foundations is your first step after the No-Sweat Intro: a private or semi-private curriculum designed to introduce a beginner or returning athlete to our fundamental movements in a low-pressure setting. We will teach you how to squat, press, deadlift, swing a kettlebell, and build up your conditioning.
Foundations is a great introduction to DTSOF in a safe and supportive environment under the guidance of a knowledgeable and experienced coach. At the end of this course you will look better, feel better, be stronger, and have the confidence to join our group classes or the motivation to continue in private or semi-private training.
No prior Fitness experience required, this is great for beginners who want to learn and progress.
