A fast-paced class, guaranteed to fire you up and make you sweat. Our BURN program is a high intensity, Bootcamp inspired workout with fewer technical movements and no barbells. The focus is on high intensity,  bodyweight, and core exercises that are fast and effective. Be prepared to sweat, have fun, and feel the BURN!

What to Expect

Burn 30

Our 30 minute class. B30 is fast paced and fun. Workouts combine simple bodyweight, gymnastics, and light lifting movements for a high-energy workout. Short, sweet, and super sweaty!

Burn 45

Our 45 minute class. B45 builds your base and gets you strong. Workouts always include strength & skill training followed by an interval workout. Learn, lift, and sweat!
