Free No Sweat Intro

Book a Free No Sweat Intro at DTSOF - DT School of Fitness. The best way to get a real sense of DT School of Fitness is to stop by for a No Sweat Intro. Your one-on-one session will be with one of our experienced coaches. We will introduce ourselves, give you a tour, and answer any questions you might have. We will also talk about your personal goals and experiences to better understand you as an athlete. We can discuss nutrition, any prior injuries, concerns and what brought you through our doors. If you are an seasoned pro, let us know that as well – we will get you into class as soon as possible!

This session is absolutely free! There are no strings attached and no obligations.

What to Expect:

First, we will take you on a quick tour of the facility. Then we will sit down and answer the questions you might have about who we are and how we train at DTSOF - DT School of Fitness. Some common questions might be:

  • Do I have to be fit?
  • What kind of movements/exercises can I expect?
  • What kind of results can I expect?
  • How often should I come?
  • Do I have to stop eating donuts?

Next, we can determine the best next steps customized to your needs, goals, and fitness level. Expect to spend about 30 mins to an hour at our gym. Most importantly, our Free No Sweat Intro is a great way for you to see if DTSOF - DT School of Fitness is a good fit for you.

Prerequisites

Nothing. Whether you are a seasoned pro or it’s the first time you have ever stepped foot in a gym this is your starting point.
